About Us
We are a team of naturopathic and integrative practitioners dedicated to helping you achieve your vision of optimal health.
What We Do
Here at Wholistic Balance Health, we seek to foster an environment conducive to your healing. We believe that everything is connected, both inside and outside of the body. Nothing happens in isolation. Thus, in order to be completely healthy, balance is needed. We have found that this is best achieved with a wholistic mindset.
With this Wholisitic approach, we seek to help you find your personal balance in all dimensions of health. This includes physical, emotional, mental, existential, relational, and environmental. Once we find the balance together, we work with you to help you stay in balance and feeling your best.
Find your balance, energy & happiness the natural way.

F.A.Q
What does Wholistic Medicine mean?
Wholistic Medicine means to approach the individual as a whole person, rather than address each symtpoms separately. Though often used interchangeably with ‘Holistic’, we include the ‘W’ to emphasize wholeness and completeness.
How long is each appointment?
The first visit usually lasts between 1-2 hours, and subsequent visits may be a few minutes to another couple hours. The more time we have together to get to know each other, the better we are able to connect with you and your individual needs.
How much is each visit? Do you offer a sliding scale?
First visits generally cost more than follow-up visits. Yes, we offer a sliding scale based on income and family size. Please contact us for detailed information concerning cost of treatment.
What forms of testing do you use?
We utilize various forms of testing, depending on your needs and desires. Some examples are bloodwork for general health; biofeedback for muscle and nerve response; microbiome assays for determining intestinal balance; nutrition and symptom questionnaires to determine excess and deficiency; Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis using tongue and pulse; and others.
